BEEF SATAY LOADED SALT & PEPPER CHIPS 🥜🍟
This was dreamy!! 😍 satay + salt & pepper chips is a combo from heaven 🤩 this is a must try! Only 607 cals 🫶🏼
Recipe (serves one):
200g lean diced beef
200g Maris piper potatoes
1/2 a yellow pepper
50g white onion
5g salt and pepper seasoning ( I used @mayflowertastesgood which is 10/10! I got from @bm_stores )
Spring onion to garnish
Sesame seeds to garnish
For the satay sauce:
15g peanut butter ( I used @pipandnut which is an elite pb!🥜 )
80ml sweetened coconut drink
1/2tsp curry powder
5ml dark soy sauce
1/4tsp garlic granules
1. Preheat your oven to 190
2. Chop and par boil your potatoes for 8 minutes
3. Put your beef onto a baking tray and into the oven for 15 minutes
4. Drain your potatoes and season with 1/2 of the salt and pepper seasoning
5. Put into the airfryer for 15 minutes
6. Chop your pepper and onion and fry for a few minutes until softened
7. Season with the rest of the salt and pepper seasoning
8. Mix all the satay sauce ingredients together and warm through in a pot until thickened
9. Once the chips have cooked, mix with the pepper and onion until combined
10. Serve in a bowl, top with the beef and satay sauce
11. Garnish with the spring onion and sesame seeds and enjoy ☺️💗
