CARBONARA ORZO 🩷

Croutons on top of everything for the foreseeable 🤌🏻. This is a must try 😍!

This serves 2!

🩷 I cooked 150g (dry) orzo, meanwhile frying 65g pancetta until crispy.
🩷 I made the mix with 1 large egg, 15g Parmesan, salt, plenty of pepper and garlic granules and whisking together.
🩷 Once the pancetta was cooked I added some of the oil from it to the egg mix and combined.
🩷 To make the croutons I just used a slice of white bread, let it go stale then added it to a pan with oil, salt, pepper and garlic granules and cooked on low, turning lots to toast all sides.
🩷 Once the orzo was cooked I drained the water then added the egg mix & pancetta and combined, then plated up and added some more Parmesan, parsley & the croutons 😍.
🩷 For the garlic bread I added garlic butter to 2 tortilla wraps then some mozzarella to both, then placed one on top of the other and cooked in the air fryer on 200c for 6 mins 🤌🏻.
