1 loaf rustic Greek bread (or crusty sourdough), sliced
1 ½ cups mixed olives (Kalamata, green, and black)
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp honey (optional, for drizzling)
Sea salt & cracked black pepper, to taste
Directions:
Prepare bread: Slice bread into thick pieces and arrange on a tray or board. Lightly drizzle with olive oil.
Season olives: Toss mixed olives with olive oil, oregano, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Let sit 10 minutes for flavor infusion.
Assemble tray: Place seasoned olives in small bowls or scatter around the bread slices. Add crumbled feta on the side.
Finish: Optionally drizzle honey over feta for a sweet contrast. Serve with extra olive oil for dipping.
