🌮 1) Tortillas (Flour Tortilla)

Ingredients:
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp baking powder
• 3 tbsp oil or melted butter
• ¾ cup warm water

Instructions:
1. Mix flour, salt and baking powder.
2. Add oil and warm water, knead into a soft dough.
3. Cover and rest 20 minutes.
4. Divide into balls, roll thin circles.
5. Cook on a hot dry pan 30–40 seconds per side until lightly browned.

Ingredients:
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• 2 tsp instant yeast
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 cup warm water

Instructions:
1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, yeast.
2. Add oil and water, knead 8 minutes.
3. Cover and rise 1 hour.
4. Divide into balls, roll flat.
5. Bake on a hot pan or oven (230°C / 450°F) until puffed and lightly brown.

Ingredients:
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp instant yeast
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 cup warm water

Instructions:
1. Mix flour, salt and yeast.
2. Add oil and water, knead smooth.
3. Rest 1 hour until doubled.
4. Divide, roll thin circles.
5. Cook on hot skillet until bubbles form and light brown spots appear.

🍞 4) Naan Bread

Ingredients:
• 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp instant yeast
• ¾ cup warm milk
• 2 tbsp yogurt
• 2 tbsp melted butter or oil

Instructions:
1. Mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
2. Add milk, yogurt and butter, knead into soft dough.
3. Cover and rise 1 hour.
4. Divide and roll into oval shapes.
5. Cook on hot pan or bake at 230°C until puffed and golden.
6. Brush with butter and serve warm.
