Zesty Shrimp & Veggie Protein Bowl Delight

  • 🥗 Shrimp & Veggie Power Bowl

    Ingredients:

    8–10 shrimp, boiled or lightly sautéed 🍤

    2 boiled eggs, halved 🥚

    1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅

    1 cup lettuce leaves, chopped 🥬

    1 cup cucumber slices 🥒

    ½ cup sweet corn 🌽

    1 tsp sesame seeds for garnish

    Salt & pepper to taste

    Dressing: 1 tbsp olive oil + 1 tsp lemon juice + ½ tsp soy sauce 🍋

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare all vegetables: wash, slice, and set aside.

    2. Boil shrimp until pink, season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

    3. Arrange lettuce at the base of a bowl.

    4. Top with shrimp, boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumber, and corn.

    5. Drizzle with the olive oil–lemon dressing.

    6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve fresh! 🌟
