~ healthier banana bread ~ • you can never beat a classic banana bread, it’s the perfect sunday bake for your weekday snacks. it’s also the perfect way to use up the bowl of overripe bananas constantly in my kitchen🙈 the recipe is below, i hope you’ve had a great weekend xx
dry - 1.5c wholemeal flour - 1tsp baking soda - cinnamon - mix ins of choice (i used choc chips)
wet - 2 mashed bananas - 2 eggs - 1/2c honey or maple syrup - 1/3c oil - splash of milk/water
- in a bowl, combine the dry ingredients. mix the wet separately before folding into the dry bowl. pour into a lined loaf tray and bake @ 180°c for approx 50 mins or until fully baked through. - let cool before slicing. - serve & enjoy! 🤍
