- 1/2 cup oats - 1 scoop choc caramel protein @myproteinau (dc: LILYC) - 2 tbsp caramel yoghurt - 1 tbsp sugar free choc syrup for topping
- in a lined ramekin, mix the oats, protein, 1 tbsp yoghurt & a splash of water (make sure it’s still thick). scoop the remaining yoghurt into the centre & refrigerate overnight. - the next day, flip onto a plate & spread choc syrup on top. - serve & enjoy! 🤎
