- 80g maple protein pancake mix @myproteinau (dc: LILYC) - 80g greek yoghurt - cinnamon - 1/2c water/almond milk - maple syrup to top
- in a bowl, simply combine the pancake mix, water/milk, cinnamon & 1/2 the greek yoghurt. microwave for 30 second intervals until cooked & fluffy. top with the maple syrup & remaining greek yogurt. - serve & enjoy! 🥞
