why would you pick crumbl when you can have this high protein, thick & insanely delicious cookie?? perfect for breakfast, dessert or a snack. it has 35g of protein for only 300 calories, and only 5 ingredients! @myproteinau’s new white gold protein was definitely the star of the show, it tastes just like caramilk🤤 the recipe and macros are below, enjoy!
- 30g self raising flour
- 1/2tsp cinnamon
- 30g impact whey white gold @myproteinau (my code LILYC currently gives you 45% off!)
- 120g thick caramel yoghurt
- small handful white choc chips.
- in a bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon & protein. gradually mix in the yoghurt until a dough is formed (reserve some for the filling).
- divide the dough in two, and flatten half on a lined tray. scoop in the yoghurt and press the remaining dough on top. add the choc chips & bake @ 180°c for around 20 mins.
- serve & enjoy!
