    who would’ve thought that pancake mix would make for the perfect no-bake, no fuss protein ball recipe, perfect for those midweek snack cravings🤤 literally pancakes in ball form, i can’t get enough. only 5 ingredients & 45g protein for the batch too. this was a small batch, but feel free to increase the servings to meal prep for longer. the recipe is below, enjoy xx

    - 50g salted caramel pancake mix @the.proteinpancake
    - 30g caramel plant protein @musclenation (dc LILYC)
    - 1 tsp cinnamon
    - 1 tbsp maple syrup
    - 130g thick greek yoghurt

    - in a bowl, simply combine all of the ingredients until a thick batter has formed. roll into balls and store in the fridge. enjoy!
