- 170g weetbix - 2 scoops cinnamon churros protein @musclenation (dc NOURISHLILY) - 1 tsp cinnamon - 1 tsp baking powder - 2 eggs/egg whites - 1/2c vanilla/greek yoghurt - 1 apple - apple pie spice topper @mingleseasoning
- in a bowl, crush the weetbix & mix in the dry ingredients. gradually add the wet, adding a splash of milk/water if needed. transfer to a lined tray & top with sliced apple and spice topped. bake @ 180°c for approx 30 mins or until cooked through. let cool. - serve & enjoy! 🤍
