Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of stale bread, cubed
- 1/4 cup vegan butter, melted
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh sage, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the bread cubes with melted vegan butter until well coated.
3. Pour in the vegetable broth gradually, until the bread is moist but not soggy.
4. Add the onion, garlic, sage, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper, mixing until thoroughly combined.
5. Roll the mixture into balls, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crisp on the outside.
7. Let them cool slightly before serving alongside your main holiday dishes.
