1 green bell pepper, deseeded and chopped
1 red bell pepper, deseeded and chopped
2 medium carrots, chopped
1 brown onion, finely chopped
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp each: salt, black pepper, ground coriander, ground cumin
2 tbsp tomato paste
3 tbsp mild rose harissa, more or less to taste
⅓ cup chopped cilantro, more for serving
¾ cup/200 ml low sodium vegetable broth
4 cod fillets
2 tbsp lemon juice
