Honey Ginger Glazed Salmon with Soy Broccoli Delight

  • BAKED SALMON IN HONEY GINGER & SOY:

    With roast garlic & soy tenderstem broccoli.

    This hands off easy shove it in the oven dish is perfect for a fuss free midweek dinner.

    SERVES 2: Difficulty ⭐️

    ⏲️ PREP: 15 Minutes.

    THE SALMON 🍣

    📌 Place 2 salmon fillets in an oven proof dish. In a bowl add the following, mix well and pour over the salmon.

    📌 3 tbsp light soy sauce
    📌 1 tbsp honey
    📌 Small chunk of grated ginger
    📌 1 tsp mirin
    📌 1 tsp sesame oil
    📌 1/2 tsp sriracha

    THE BROCCOLI 🥦

    📌 Wash & trim enough tenderstem broccoli for 2. Add to an oven proof tray and in a small bowl mix the following and pour over the broccoli, toss it through well to make sure it’s all coated.

    📌 3 tbsp olive oil
    📌 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
    📌2 minced garlic cloves

    ⏲️ COOK: 30 Minutes.

    🍣 In a preheated oven at 190°C add the broccoli for 15 minutes. Then add the salmon for a further 15 minutes.

    🍣 Serve with steamed rice, garnish with roasted sesame seeds, drizzle over the sauce from the salmon and enjoy 😉
