Ingredients: - 300g Dry weight pasta - 1 chilli Mattesons sausage - 1 red pepper - 60g philadelphia lightest - 1 tbsp Tomato puree - 1 tsp Chilli flakes - 1 tsp Paprika - Splash of pasta water - Parsley
- Boil your Pasta - Chop up your sausage and pepper and fry this off in your seasoning - Add in your philadelphia and water - Allow to simmer then add in your cooked Pasta - Mix well then top with Parsley & serve!
