Ingredients: - 8 heck sausages (any chicken will do) - 250g cooked mexican style rice - 1 pepper - 1/2 onion - mexican seasoning ( i use @maggi_uk ) - 60g philadelphia lightest - 5 x tortilla boats - 60g grated cheese
Method: - Fry off your chicken sausages and cut up into pieces - Add in your pepper, onion, seasoning & philadelphia - Mix well and set aside - start filking your boats by adding your rice, topped with the chicken & grated cheese in each one - top with cheese and place in the oven for 5 mins - Take out and serve
