Ingredients: - 1 mattesons Chilli Sausage - 1 tsp Paprika - 1 tsp Parsley - 300g Dry weight pasta - 30g Mozzarella - 60g Philadelphia lightest - 1 Red Pepper - Handful of spring onion to top
Method: - Set your Pasta to Boil - Chop up your sausage and Pepper and fry these off - Add your seasoning and philadelphia with a splash of water - Allow this to thicken as a sauce then add your cooked Pasta - Add in your mozzarella and mix well - Serve & top with Spring onion!
