[Soysauce Noodle]
For breakfast, lunch, and dinner – noodles are always a great idea!
Toppings:
Sauté mushrooms with garlic, salt & black pepper.
Beef balls
Abalone
Blanched vegetables
Shallots & garlic oil
Blanched egg noodles
Prepare soysauce noodles (for each portion)
2 tablespoons sweet soysauce
1 tablespoon light soysauce
1 tablespoon garlic & shallots oil
Mix the mixture, add in blanched noodle and toss to combine.
Add in sauté mushrooms, beef ball, vegetables and sprinkles with fried shallots & chopped spring onions. Serve with sambal chili or chili oil.
