Can you get any worse than smashed avocado on a high protein seeded bagel?
The answer is YES! Top it with a mountain of sticky tofu and add a scattering of black and white sesame seeds and wedge of lime - an absolute masterpiece, takes 10 minutes to make and has 44g protein, fibre and healthy fats ๐๐ฏ๐
Tofu topper
1/2 large block (225g) tofu
2 tbspn soy sauce
2-3 tspn Sriracha
2-3 tspn maple syrup (@myvegan). 1 tbspn nutritional yeast
1 tspn sesame oil
Add everything to a tub, shake to coat the tofu and then pan fry until crispy
Top a power bottom protein bagel thin with smashed avocado, the tofu and sesame seeds- add a squeeze of lime and enjoy ๐
