STICKY TOFU BUDDHA 💚

I don’t think I had ever used gochujang before becoming vegan and now it seems to be one of my main ingredients - especially when it comes to tofu 👌💯😍

If anyone says they don’t like tofu, it can only be because they haven’t cooked it properly.

Sticky Tofu
1 block tofu, broken into pieces or cubes
2-3 tspn gochujang
1 tbspn @myvegan maple syrup ( I use @myvegan sugar free)
3 tbspn soy sauce
1 tspn sesame oil

- pan fry the tofu until crispy
- Whisk the rest of the ingredients together and pour over the tofu
- stir to coat the tofu and continue to fry until the sauce becomes sticky

Rest of the Buddha bowl
🌱 quinoa
🌱 carrots, grated or julienned
🌱 shredded red cabbage
🌱 edamame/soya beans
