Mini Pizza Recipe
Ingredients for the dough:
• 3 cups all-purpose flour (sifted)
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp instant yeast
• 3 tbsp vegetable oil (corn or sunflower)
• 1 cup warm water (as needed for kneading)
For the topping:
• Pizza tomato halal sauce (homemade)
• Green bell pepper, sliced
• Black olives, whole or sliced
• Onion, finely chopped (optional)
• Shredded mozzarella cheese
• Tomato slices or any other veggies you like
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the flour with powdered milk, sugar, salt, and yeast.
2. Add the oil, then gradually pour in the warm water while kneading until you get a soft, smooth dough.
3. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
4. Divide the dough into small balls, slightly flatten each one, and press in the center to make a round shape.
5. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
6. Spread pizza sauce on top, add the veggies and olives, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and the cheese is melted.
8. Serve hot with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.
