📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ Combine water and gelatin in a small bowl. Set aside. 💧
2️⃣ Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside. 🥛
3️⃣ Blend cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until no lumps remain. 🧀
4️⃣ Heat the gelatin mixture in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Mix into the cream cheese mixture. 🌡️
5️⃣ Fold in the whipped cream gently. Spread into the pre-baked pie crust. Chill while preparing topping. ❄️
6️⃣ Prepare raspberries by rinsing and drying. 💧
7️⃣ Mix water and gelatin for the topping. Let sit for 2-3 minutes. 💧
8️⃣ Heat raspberry jam in the microwave until smooth. Combine with gelatin mixture. 🍇
