​Look at those layers of spicy tofu, black beans, and corn! 😍 All that's left is a few drizzles of sriracha! 🌶️

​RECIPE 👇
​16 oz of extra firm tofu⁣
2 tbs of olive oil ⁣
1 tbs of tomato paste ⁣
1 tbs of adobo paste ⁣
1/2 tsp of cumin ⁣
Juice of 1 lime ⁣
1/4 cup of cilantro, chopped⁣

Serve with:⁣
1/2 cup of black beans⁣
1/2 cup of corn⁣
Handful Spinach ⁣
Vegan shredded cheese⁣

1. Break the tofu apart with your hands.
2.Place olive oil, tofu, tomato paste, adobo paste and cumin in a pan on medium-low heat. Mix well. Cook for 5 minutes. ⁣
3.Add lime juice and cilantro. Cook for 5-7 minutes. ⁣
4.Add to tortilla ⁣
5. Serve with black beans, spinach, vegan cheese and corn! ⁣
6. Enjoy
