It’s smoky, creamy, delicious and fun to say! This Lebanese inspired Eggplant dip is so easy to make and with so few ingredients. I added a few extra spices to give it a little zing and depth. Enjoy it with warm bread or fresh cut veggies. I even like it as a spread in a veggie sandwich.
