Ingredients 200gm of smash biscuits 100 g beurre fondu 500 g cream cheese 200 g sucre 250 ml whole liquid cream 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 1 tablespoon of lemon zest 200 g of fresh blueberries 150 g of blueberry jam Lemon slices and whipped cream for decoration
Instructions
1. Mix crushed cookies with the melted butter and press in a hinged mold to form the base. Put in the refrigerator.
2. Beat the cream cheese with sugar, juice and zest of lemon, and vanilla until it gets a smooth texture.
3. Whip the liquid cream separately until it is firm, then gently insert it into the cheese mixture.
4. Spread half the cream over the base.
5. Mix blueberries with jam, then spread over cream.
6. Add the rest of the cream on top and smooth.
7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or all night.
8. Garnish with whipped cream, lemon slices, and fresh blueberries before serving.
