oatmeal layer: ✨ 1/2 cup oats ✨ 1/4 cup milk (or more - depending on desired consistency) ✨ 2 tbsp greek yogurt ✨ 1/2 tsp instant coffee powder (diluted in two tablespoons of hot water) ✨ 1 tbsp cocoa powder ✨ pinch of sea salt (opt) ✨ 1 tbsp honey
◾️ add all the “oatmeal layer” ingredients into a bowl and mix well. You may want to add more/less liquid depending on desired thickness. ▪️let the mixture sit for 1 minute and then put into a glass jar or sealable container with a lid for 4 hours minimum or overnight for best results. ▪️ in morning add a layer of yogurt , dust with cocoa powder and top with sliced banana!!
