    This breakfast gives you real ingredients and a lot of volume. It’s also warming, fluffy and naturally sweet. Anything you could ask for in a nutritous and cosy breakfast, right ☺️

    Recipe:
    – 30g oats @prozis
    – 300ml water
    – pinch of salt
    – 1 banana (mashed)
    – 2 dates (chopped)
    – 200g egg whites
    – 5 vanilla drops @prozis (or vanilla extract)
    – 10g almond butter @prozis
    – mixed spice @euroma_nl #gifted

    1) Add oats, water and salt to a saucepan over medium heat.
    2) While it thickens, mash the banana and chop the dates.
    3) Once the oats have thickened, pour in the egg whites slowly, whisking continuously to avoid cooking the egg. Keep whisking until the mixture gets airy and fluffy.
    4) Stir in the banana, dates and vanilla drops.
    5) Serve in a bowl, topped with almond butter and mixed spice.
