🍓 Keto Deviled Strawberries

Ingredients
Cheesecake Whip:

1 package sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix (Jello brand)

1 cup heavy whipping cream

“Graham Cracker” Crumbs:

1 flatbread sheet (@cutdacarb)

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp sweetener of choice

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 pat of butter

Base:

Fresh strawberries, halved lengthwise

Instructions

Make the whip: In a bowl, beat pudding mix with heavy cream using a hand mixer until whipped (about 2 minutes).

Make the crumbs: Bake flatbread at 200°F (93°C) for 20 minutes until dried. Blend into crumbs, then mix with cinnamon and sweetener. In a skillet, melt butter, add crumbs with vanilla extract, toast for 1–2 minutes, then let cool.

Assemble: Slice strawberries in half lengthwise. Pipe cheesecake whip on top of each half, then sprinkle with cooled “graham cracker” crumbs.

1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream

1 envelope Knox gelatin

½ cup hot water

½ cup sweetener of choice (erythritol, stevia, truvia, etc.)

2 tsp vanilla extract

3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

Crust:

1 cup almond flour

ÂĽ cup sweetener of choice

2 Tbsp butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

4 Tbsp cinnamon powder

Topping:

2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped

Optional: sugar-free chocolate shavings
