cinnamon crunch banana bread via @healthfulradiance ❤️
wet ingredients:
- 3 large ripe bananas, mashed - 1/3 cup olive oil - 2 eggs - 2/3 cup maple syrup - 1 tbsp of vanilla
dry ingredients: - 1 cup gluten-free flour - 1/2 cup almond flour - 1 tbsp each of sea salt, baking powder, and cinnamon
cinnamon crunch topping:
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar - 4 tbsp ground cinnamon
mix the wet ingredients together until well-combined. in a separate bowl, do the same for the dry ingredients. add the dry mixture to the wet and fold until uniform. transfer batter to the prepared loaf pan and top with the cinnamon sugar mixture. bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. let cool completely before slicing!
