🐟 Garlic Parmesan Salmon with Veggies
Ingredients

Frozen wild-caught salmon fillets (from @wholefoods)

1 Tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1 onion, sliced

2 cups broccoli florets

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

1 Tbsp avocado oil

2–3 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions

Cook the Salmon

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Season salmon with garlic powder and onion powder.

Cook 3–4 minutes per side (depending on thickness) until golden and cooked through.

Prepare the Veggies

In another skillet, heat avocado oil.

Sauté onion until translucent.

Add broccoli and mushrooms, cook until tender.

While still hot, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and toss.

Serve

Plate the salmon with the cheesy broccoli and mushrooms on the side.

Season with salt & pepper to taste.
