π±π±Creamy Chickpea Bowlπ±π±

INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
2 cloves garlic sliced thinly
2 boxes chickpeas, drained & rinsed
1 cup marinara sauce
8 oz vegan Greek yogurt
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp sumac
Salt & pepper to taste
Start by heating your oil over medium heat, add the garlic and red pepper and sautΓ© for about a minute. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes. The longer you simmer the more the it will dry out . This time I wanted it a little thicker and drier, but other times I have made this more soupier!
