CRUNCHY MANGO MATCHA CHOC CLUSTERS

Recipe:

Only 4 ingredients and a fun Sunday sweet treat is ready! It doesn’t require a lot of time or skills to make. And did you hear that crunch?

Ingredients:

1 large mango
1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
250g white chocolate
2 tablespoons matcha powder

Method:

Cut the mango into small cubes and place them in a bowl. Add the yoghurt and mix until well combined. Line a tray or plate with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Spoon the mango yoghurt mixture onto the prepared tray in 6 clusters and place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until frozen.
Melt the white chocolate and mix in the matcha powder until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate and arrange them back on the tray.
Place the tray in the freezer for a few more minutes to let the chocolate set.
