BEST ever Chow Mein Sauce (serves 4)
2 heaping teaspoons of cornstarch
2 Tbsp oyster sauce (or sub Hoisin sauce)
2 Tbsp tamari or reduced sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp mirin (sweet rice wine)
1 Tbsp very finely minced shallots
1 teaspoon agave OR honey
1 teaspoon of sesame oil (I love spicy sesame)
1/4 teaspoon of black or white ground pepper

Veggies
2 cups of bok choy
2 cups of green cabbage
2 cups of broccoli florets
1 cup red or yellow bell peppers
1 small can of Thai-style baby corn
2 cups snap peas
2 Tbsp your favorite Honey Sriracha Sauce

Noodles
1 package of Chow Mein noodles. If you can’t find any, use ramen noodles but discard the seasoning package
2 cloves of garlic
2 Tbsp sesame or peanut oil

Instructions 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Heat oil in a wok or large fry pan and add your garlic. Stir for ~15 seconds. IF you’re going to add a protein like chicken or beef add it now and let it brown. Otherwise go ahead and add your veggies, honey sriracha sauce and stir until softened. Add your cooked noodles and Chow Mein sauce and stir. Stir fry together for 1-2 minutes and serve.#vegetarianfood #noodlebowl #noodles🍜 #saladlovers💚
