I used to think the start of cosy season meant the end of skyr bowl season, but na-a-ah! Just make it cosy and warm with the right toppings and you can keep enjoying this clean high-protein breakfast all year long 🍂
1) Melt the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. 2) Slice the banana and chop the dates. Add to the pan and fry for 3 min. Flip the banana slices throughout, so they’re caramelised on both sides. 3) Chop the pecans and add to the pan. Fry for one more min. 4) Serve the skyr with the caramelised goodness on top.
