This salad was so good today for lunch! I am trying to get more nutrient variety in my diet. No more chicken and cauliflower stir fry for every meal 😩 I am a creature of habit and it’s not serving me well right now so I’m changing it up! Here I have: -romaine -spinach -feta -half an avocado -blackened chicken -green onion - @bolthousefarms cilantro avocado dressing This salad was tons of flavor and the onion really added an extra flavor I didn’t know I was missing! Easy, flavorful, low carb salad that will totally keep me satisfied until dinner. An avocado at lunch really helps my energy some times with that hit of potassium. - .
