Bowl: • 1 cup cooked white rice • 2 cups chopped lettuce • 1 cup cherry tomatoes • 1 cup cucumber slices • 1 cup grilled zucchini • 1/2 cup sliced red onions • 1/2 cup tzatziki • Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
Marinate chicken with olive oil, spices, salt & pepper for 15–30 mins. Grill chicken 5–6 mins per side, rest, then slice. Grill zucchini until tender. Assemble bowls: rice → lettuce → chicken → veggies. Add tzatziki and parsley. Serve fresh.
