    Ingredients (Serves 2)
    Chicken:
    • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp dried oregano
    • 1/2 tsp paprika
    • Salt & pepper

    Bowl:
    • 1 cup cooked white rice
    • 2 cups chopped lettuce
    • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
    • 1 cup cucumber slices
    • 1 cup grilled zucchini
    • 1/2 cup sliced red onions
    • 1/2 cup tzatziki
    • Fresh parsley (optional)

    Instructions:

    Marinate chicken with olive oil, spices, salt & pepper for 15–30 mins.
    Grill chicken 5–6 mins per side, rest, then slice.
    Grill zucchini until tender.
    Assemble bowls: rice → lettuce → chicken → veggies.
    Add tzatziki and parsley. Serve fresh.
