    Ingredients:
    - 270g cake flour
    - 40g fine sugar
    - 2g salt
    - 60g beaten egg
    - 83g milk
    - 10g fresh yeast (or 4.5g dry yeast)
    - 35g butter
    Filling: Chocolate chips, custard, or red beans
    Topping: 120g chocolate glaze

    Instructions:
    1. Mix & Knead – Combine flour, sugar, salt, egg, milk, and yeast. Knead until smooth. Add softened butter and knead until fully absorbed.

    2. Ferment & Shape – Let the dough rise until doubled, then punch out air. Divide into six balls, flatten, and wrap with chocolate chips or red beans. Seal tightly.

    3. Cook – Heat in a waffle maker for 2–3 minutes until golden. Cool.

    4. Decorate – Melt chocolate, dip waffles, and sprinkle with chocolate chips.

    Make-Ahead Option:
    Prepare the dough the night before, refrigerate, and cook in the morning. If saving waffles for the next day, wait to dip in chocolate until serving.
