INGREDIENTS • 2 cups flour • 4 eggs • ½ cup milk • ½ cup water • ½ cup oil • 2 Tsp baking powder • 1 cup sugar • 1½ Tsp vanilla extract
PREPARATION ● Boil together milk, oil, water and set aside to cool off a bit
● Sift flour and add in baking powder
● Beat together eggs, vanilla and sugar for 5 minutes, then add in the flour and milk mixture in about 3 batches, whilst folding in to incorporate the ingredients.
● Divide into two prepared pans, bake for about 20-25minutes or till toothpick comes out clean with temperature 160°C or 180°C depending on your oven.
