instructions: in a bowl, add the pancake mix, almond milk and water. stir until combined and thick. then fold in blueberries and chocolate chips. add a dollop of the pancake mix to a pan on medium-high heat. after about 3 minutes, flip the pancake. keep repeating this until all the batter is used (made 3 pancakes). topped with @soomfoods chocolate sea salt tahini, maple syrup, and more blueberries and chocolate chips
