    quinoa sweet potato bowl:
    quinoa
    sweet potato (recipe below)
    chicken (recipe below)
    @traderjoes greek cumin chickpeas
    arugula with @traderjoes balsamic glaze

    sweet potato:
    1 sweet potato
    cinnamon
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
    olive oil

    instructions:
    preheat oven to 400. cut the sweet potato into cubes and toss them with the oil and spices. bake for 30-35 minutes

    chicken:
    chicken breast
    paprika
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
    olive oil

    instructions:
    cut the chicken breast into cubes and add to a ziplock or container. add in the oil and spices and shake until all the cubes are coated. let marinate in the fridge for a few hours. once the chicken is done marinating, add some oil to a pan on medium heat. add in the chicken and cook until the chicken is white on the inside and cooked through
