Ingredients
For the steak
• 2 Vivera Plant Steaks @vivera_uk
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & black pepper
• 2 tbsp @chimmysok Chimichurri (plus extra to drizzle)

Sides
• @lambwestonathomeukie pub style chips
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 beef tomato, halved
• 1 tsp mixed herbs
• 6 mushrooms
• 1 small bunch tenderstem broccoli
• 80g garden peas
• 2 onion rings (optional but highly recommended!)
