🧂 Ingredients • 300g Lamb Weston Grill Fries (Salt & Pepper) • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1 small onion, finely diced • 2 garlic cloves, minced • 250g minced beef (or veggie mince) • 1 tsp chilli powder • ½ tsp smoked paprika • ½ tsp ground cumin • ½ tsp oregano • 1 tbsp tomato purée • 200g chopped tomatoes (½ tin) • ½ tin kidney beans, drained • Salt & pepper, to taste • 75g cheddar cheese, grated • 2 tbsp guacamole (store-bought or homemade) • Jalapeños, sliced • Spring onions, chopped • Fresh coriander, chopped
🔥 Method Air fry or oven-bake the Lamb Weston Grill Fries as per packet instructions until golden and crispy. • Heat olive oil in a pan. • Add onion and garlic, cook until soft. • Add mince and brown it. • Stir in spices, tomato purée, chopped tomatoes, and kidney beans. • Simmer for 10–15 minutes until thickened. Season to taste. • Place fries in a serving bowl. • Spoon the chilli over the top. • Sprinkle over grated cheese and let it melt slightly. • Add jalapeños, spring onions, and coriander. • Finish with a generous dollop of guacamole on the side.
