This Greek-inspired salad hits all the right flavors: quick, fresh, and perfect for lunch or dinner. So easy, so good!
Ingredients: 2 lbs wild shrimp 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp paprika ½ tsp black pepper ½ tsp salt olive oil for dressing (plus extra for cooking) Cherry tomatoes Cucumber Castelvetrano Olives Onion Romaine or butter lettuce Feta cheese Chives
Dressing: Olive oil Red wine vinegar Salt & pepper Oregano Za’atar Pat the shrimp dry, toss with olive oil and spices. Coat your pan with olive oil and preheat to medium-high temperature. Add shrimp and cook for 1.5-2 minutes per side. Be quick and prepared to flip it :) Don’t cook it longer; it’s juiciest and best when cooked properly.
