garlic butter steak & shrimp🍤 -trim 2 NY strip steaks (or cut of choice) into 1 inch pieces -season with Worcestershire sauce, buttery steakhouse seasoning, and seasoned Cajun -cook in avocado oil on medium/high heat (cast iron is best) -flip after 2-3 mins -turn off heat & stir in 2 tbsp Cajun butter -toss for 1 additional minute and remove -add jumbo shrimp and reduce heat to medium -flip after 1-2 mins -remove shrimp and add asparagus -top with grated Parmesan
truffle Parmesan mashed potatoes🥔 -peel & dice 2 large russet potatoes -boil in salted water until fork tender -mash & add in 1/4 cup heavy cream or milk, 2 tbsp truffle oil, 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, salt & pepper -stir until well combined
garlic bread🥖 -brush Cajun butter over sliced ciabatta bread -bake at 400 for 5-7 mins
Assemble: -Add truffle Parmesan mashed potatoes and top with Cajun butter steak bites & shrimp🌿 serve with asparagus and garlic bread & garnish with chives
