Chili-Lime Garlic Butter Shrimp Skewers
Succulent shrimp skewers flash-seared in sizzling garlic butter, spiked with fresh lime juice and a hint of chili heat — ready in 15 minutes and loaded with flavor.

Ingredients (serves 2)
Skewers
• 12 large shrimp, peeled & deveined (tails on)
• 2 Tbsp melted butter
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• Zest + juice of 1 lime
• 1 tsp honey
• ½ tsp smoked paprika
• ¼ tsp chili flakes (more for extra heat)
• ¼ tsp salt & pinch black pepper
• 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
To serve
• Extra lime wedges
• Steamed rice or crusty bread (optional)

Instructions
1. Marinate – Whisk butter, oil, garlic, lime zest/juice, honey, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss shrimp; marinate 10 min.
2. Skewer – Thread shrimp onto soaked wooden or metal skewers.
3. Sear – Heat a cast-iron skillet (or grill) over medium-high. Cook skewers 2 min per side until pink and lightly charred, spooning extra marinade over as they cook.
4. Finish – Sprinkle cilantro, squeeze fresh lime, and serve hot with rice or bread to soak up the buttery sauce.
