Skewers • 12 large shrimp, peeled & deveined (tails on) • 2 Tbsp melted butter • 1 Tbsp olive oil • 2 garlic cloves, minced • Zest + juice of 1 lime • 1 tsp honey • ½ tsp smoked paprika • ¼ tsp chili flakes (more for extra heat) • ¼ tsp salt & pinch black pepper • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions 1. Marinate – Whisk butter, oil, garlic, lime zest/juice, honey, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss shrimp; marinate 10 min. 2. Skewer – Thread shrimp onto soaked wooden or metal skewers. 3. Sear – Heat a cast-iron skillet (or grill) over medium-high.
