Chicken Salad Keto Chaffle😍👌🔥
This delicious keto chaffle is protein packed and fast to make. Perfect for lunch or dinner. Make extra for the following days snack or lunch!👍😋
🔷Chaffle Ingredients:
(Makes 2 Chaffles)
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 heaping Tbsp almond flour
• Cracked black pepper
• Garlic powder
• Onion powder
• Everything bagel seasoning
• 2 heaping Tbsp shredded cheddar cheese. Put directly on the mini waffle maker as this will make the chaffle crispy on the outside.

🔷The Process:
☆ After baking a few chicken breasts, shred the chicken (or slice/chop in cubes),then add to a bowl with 1 to 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard and add enough mayo to get your preferred consistency.
☆ Mix in some chopped red onion and season with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried parsley and choice of herbs.😋👌😊
