IT’S GOTTA BE A BUDDHA 💚
I’ve always got a Buddha bowl close at hand with a fridge full of prepped veg and already cooked rice or quinoa. I just need to throw it all in a bowl and hey presto! 🙌🥰
Tonight’s Buddha:
Sticky Tofu
1 block tofu, broken into pieces or cubes
2-3 tspn gochujang
1 tbspn @myvegan maple syrup ( I use @myvegan sugar free)
3 tbspn soy sauce
1 tspn sesame oil
- pan fry the tofu until crispy
- Whisk the rest of the ingredients together and pour over the tofu
- stir to coat the tofu and continue to fry until the sauce becomes sticky

🌱 roasted peppers
🌱 roasted tender stem broccoli
🌱hummus
