A very wise person once said “why have abs when you can have kebabs?” but these kebabs are so healthy you could have both! 😁
They only need a few ingredients and if you serve them with a salad consisting of leafy greens, red onions, cucumbers dried apricots and tahini, you’ll have a wonderful healthy meal!
Ingredients
- 1kg of lamb mince
- 1/2 cup of coriander, finely chopped
- 1/2 a large onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- 1 tsp of ground cumin
- 1 tsp of ground coriander
- salt, to taste
Method
1. To a bowl, add the mince, coriander, onion, chillies, cumin, coriander and salt
2. Mix well and place the mixture around skewers and smooth any cracks
3. Shallow fry the skewers for a couple of minutes on either side until the meat develops a slight char
4. Serve with salad
5. Enjoy!
