CHEDDAR + CARAMELIZED ONION OMELETTE 🍳💛
I’m not usually a huge fan of eggs but this is SUCH a delicious breakfast that I’ve been really liking lately! It’s also super easy and it usually takes me less than 5 min, so it’s great for days you don’t have as much time. Feel free to substitute any toppings you’d like; this is a super customizable recipe:)
RECIPE:
- 1 egg + 1 egg white
- 1 tbs shredded cheddar
- salt + pepper
- any herbs/add ins
1. Beat eggs, season, and pour into greased pan, tilting for even coverage
2. as eggs start to cook, use a rubber spatula to drag cooked edges to center of pan
3. when fully set, transfer to plate, sprinkle cheese over half, and fold. serve as desired!
