Savory Miso-Glazed Cod Delight
MISO BAKED COD
Inspired by @nobu, here is my delicious and easy miso baked cod recipie.
Ingredients:
• cod fillets
• 1 tsp EVOO
• 1/4 cup miso
• 1/4 cup mirin
• 4 tbsp soy soy sauce
• 3 tbsp honey
• 2 cloves grated garlic
• 1/4 tsp togarashi
• scallions sliced for topping
Combine all ingredients except cod and scallions and mix until well combined and smooth. Add cod fillets and marinate for 2 days or as short as 2 hours in the fridge. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake fillets for 10-12 mins. Top with scallions and serve.
